Western Thomson led the market when it released the Integrated Thermostat Housing Assembly in the early nineties – initially on the Rover K’ Series engine. Since then it has applied the same technology when solving many of its customers' problems, always ensuring a competitive engineered solution. More recently Western Thomson was bought from the Dura Group as a private entity to develop and expand its product range and customer base. Business focuses now include high volume plastic moulding and product design consultancy, not to mention a greater presence in the automotive market.
